I think Megumi has such a massive stash of that cereal, it wouldn't KILL him, but it would concern him.

And he would very much start to overanalyze, like, "wait... is someone else buying it? Are they trying to buy them all out? Am I ever going to see the wheaties at that store again?"

But in the moment he just shrugs and says it's fine, he'll get some another day.

And I think it wouldn't just be Sukuna having a freakout. I can see Choso being confused about not seeing the wheaties in the cart, and asking for a manager at the front to walk the warehouse of the store, to confirm they don't have any in the back, and he would look over the manager's shoulder as they put in another mass order of strawberry wheaties for the store, because he can't have an unfed EMT on his hands.
