https://x.com/qtpiebyunbaek/status/1854174565108457912 I was reading this tweet quote and I saw that most of B's ββfans said that the reason B didn't go to the year-end event was because SM didn't want him to be on the same stage as SM artists and SM blacklisted him. How possible do you think this is and does it have anything to do with the lawsuit in June 2024?
ot but that new block function is actually useful to me now I can see what you guys link me to without having to change accs yey
anyway they didn't block him on music shows which are a far more effective way to get traction among kpop fans for a performance, I don't see why they'd block him from attending a show say they were really attempting it and had managed to block his attendance to mama... why wouldn't they block him from getting a nomination as well along the way?
ppl are missing a glaring blind spot in all of this: sm hadn't sent exo soloists to award shows for their music for years, or barely. if sm is at the source of this then they are as his company. as an sm artist. who... my oh my... decided to renew with them and on his own terms, didn't he? cut himself a better deal than the other 4 (6, even, cause xiuchen... lmaooo) by going behind their back, right? so idk I think maaaayyybbeee just mmaaaayybeeee... he doesn't want to attend these shows π
not to mention there doesn't even seem to be any lawsuit which would mean cbx settled with sm
Thank you for answering my question. I can't talk about this with other EXO fans because I'll probably get attacked hard by them lol So I only talk about this with my brother who's an Aespa fan. I've always thought it was weird, why his words and actions were so contradictory. I don't hate the artist, but I think I don't care about him as much as I used to. Current actions always affect the future. Since the day his company joined MC Mong's company, I've always thought that there must be some problems. Why do many fans forget that SM first offered him that he could set up a company to manage his solo career, but his company had to be under SM only? But not long after, he put his own company under MC Mong's company instead, which was a breach of contract with SM from the beginning. I don't like SM, but it's his own fault for him to do this. And most importantly, I never believed that SM forced him to renew his contract with his bandmates as hostages. Sorry for talking too much, I've just been uncomfortable with this for a long time, and thank you for listening.
