Sometimes you have to realize that your hyperfixation is bad and harms others. Being hyperfixated on TC does not mean you can be disrespectful to the victims or their families by idolizing the person who ruined their lives. I get having a problematic hyperfixation, happens to all of us, but you have to slowly stop yourself from liking it. It is hard but at least you won't harm others by it. If you genuinely see nothing bad in being a part of TCC because it's a coping mechanism or a hyperfixation, I suggest you to get some help.
