Also adding this environment makes it difficult for smaller writers to thrive cause the tl is so consumed by all this instead of just focusing on reading

You should be directing this energy at the readers who complain, anon, because like you said, it’s not the end of the world if a fic isn’t tagged, and there are worse things going on.
