UR THEME/?//////?/....OMG SO SILLY

Thank you. It's me. Since I've gotten no asks for my game I will be subjecting you to a random one, as you are here:
πŸ’‰ = a random phobia & information about it.
Coulrophobia (COOl-ruh-FOE-bee-uh) comes to mind considering I just got home from seeing Terrifier 3. It is the phobia of clowns. The word appeared in the 1990s, and "caulro" comes from the greek word for "stilt-walker". There are few studies done on it but one was done on hospitalized children. They found that 10 out of the 1,000 children were frightened by the clowns hired to cheer them up, and overwhelmingly the children affected were Assigned Female at Birth. ── scarecrow

another note that it is not surprising that coulrophobia became known and named in the 90s, considering the It miniseries starring Tim Curry came out, traumatizing many youngsters at the time. Not to mention coverage of John Wayne Gacy.. I could go on. ── scarecrow
