I jujst learnt from personal-ish experience and asked others If theres anything in particular you wanna know, you can try asking me but i might not be able to help The basics are use some sort of image hosting website like catbox, postimage, filegarden, etc, grab the direct link and put that into ur avatar/banner url bits and you need to use hex codes for the color layout, #000000 as an example

you actuallly dont necessarily havr to use hex codes. like if you wanna do black you can also just write black
