Just because an individual is kind in spirit does not indicate that you must hold a conversation with them. There is clearly no hard feelings or malice here, merely your own personal comforts, and there is nothing wrong with avoiding dialogue with someone for your own comfort.

i suggest telling them that whenever they mention their love for that character, it makes you uncomfy! it never hurts to tell someone ur boundaries ^_X
