lol unfortunately they're useless for almost everything but punching through walls because he's an idiot and designed them with Literally Only Combat in mind.

They have bare minimum function as actual limbs and no tactile feedback whatsoever (can't feel anything, gauge his own grip strength, etc). If you ask for a handy, it's at your own risk.

The trade-off is he's really, really good with his mouth.

(In the AU-of-an-AU where he chugs a fantasia and becomes fem again, he does redesign the arms with a sense of touch, better dexterity for non-combat function, etc. Handjobs included.)
