If you're talking about Chinese porridge, I didn't stir it for I think it's meant to be savored in its comforting simplicity. But if you’re referring to the kind of porridge you find at a street cart, the intellectuals are the ones stirring it (emphasize) (!!!)

Yap, I see what you mean. Talking about Chinese porridge, I’ve had Hong Kong-style porridge twice because it’s so good. Well, I’m not sure if it was because I was really hungry or not, haha.
