⠀⠀qotd ⠀what do you do when you’re feeling anxious?

chug water and keep my throat locked as i try not to vomit and rip my hair out

or talk it out with the imaginary trusted adult in my head so that i'd identify what is and what is not in my control, then slowly let go whatever i'm worried about. though id rather do the former
