illest i've been could easily be right now, though i dont know what I have, so I'll say that it was either: when I was born and had jaundice, when i was 8 and got bronchitis, or when i was 11 and had a uti that doctors kept scaring me into thinking was appendicitis.
I rarely get sick and when I do it's not very serious and usuallh lasts less than a week.
Still, I once vomited so much I got dehydrated. Only lasted 1 day, though.
Some years later I got sick during a skiing trip to Andorra because IDK what the pizza at the ski resort had in it but it made me real sick. That was the first time I've ever been more than 1 dsy at a hospital (I was 2 when the pizza thing)
Worst part is that I have no food allergies so it must've been that it was contaminated
EDIT: as for injuries, most "serious" would be when some pliers fell on my foot from the shelf. And nothing happened. Yes, it was pretty painful, but nothing broke. No bones, not even the skin...I guess I'm sturdier than average :)
i broke my arm earlier this year... the actual break was super small but it was in a weird spot so i could Not use my wrist or bend my elbow much. i broke it for such a stupid reason too hgfdhgjkhl
When a seat belt crushed my pancreas lmao
Illest I've probably ever been was back in the USA, when I had frequent hospital visits during Winter, due to asthma attacks.
TW for scrapes, mentions of fainting, a needle and scaring; Worst injury is harder to pinpoint, since there were 3 instances that were extreme;
1 - Twisting my wrist once; I tripped and slid across a slippery hallway floor. It was hard to write for a while.
2 - Falling down some stairs, on to pebbled concrete surface. The scrapes were everywhere, I'm not going to get descriptive. The shock was enough to have me fade in and out of conscious, but I still managed to walk and an ex was helping me.
3 - The freakish accident I caused when pushing a syringe away from my thigh. I got a wound for a while. Even if the needle was giving me a numbing agent, making it a little harder for me to walk, I think the wound worsened my mobility just as much.
Mentions of seizures and epilepsy an d stuff oh no (this warning isnt written very seriously sorry just woke up) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . gosh when does the view full content thing show up . . i remember tthe exact date on december 19th 2018 i was laying down and i proceeded to suffer a seizure while my mom was in the bathroom And i remember that my (past) dog was the one who knew something was wrong so he got her to check on me and next thing i know theres random people (described like this because i didnt understand very well or anything that was happening) in the house trying to help me and they have to get me to the hospital Not very great and i had a history of those the doctors just liked to deny it because “Wow hes just shivering!!!” and when i had more seizures after that they denied it once again, i hadnt received an epilepsy diagnosis until december 19th 2018 and even after they would just deny and deny like i said but i got a snowman plushie (still have him hes on a shelf in my room) So its ok
Trigger Warning I forgot how old I was, but this injury happened at my old school during a picnic event. I've never broken a bone or anything so yeah. This either happened in kindergarten or first grade. After I sat down on our picnic blanket (idk if we had one or not) but I decided to play with someone. I went up to this red-haired kid and asked if we could play tag. He agreed and started to chase me but just as I started running I fell and hurt my knee. It hurt asf! I looked at it and saw this huge gash on it. I don't think I have a really bad sickness so Ill tell you about a sickness I got recently. A couple of weeks ago I had a low fever and I thought that it would go down but I was wrong. That night, i checked my temp and IT WAS AT 102!!! MY FEVER TROLLED ME!!! So we went to a doctor that my friend goes to and I was scared of the results. AT least the gown I was wearing was comfy. The doctor came back and said that I had pneumonia, which I thought I could handle. But then I was loosing my apatite and having diarrhea. Luckily I didn't throw up at all. I got better after a week of coughing mucus out of my lungs, so yeah that was fun :3.
CONTENT WARNING : mentions of vomit, illness, covid and disordered eating
i think my worst injury was the miracle on 34th street incident i posted about the other day because my torso still hurts like a week after ...
but i think the sickest i've been was when i got covid two years ago and i threw up on the rug in the bathroom a little... what i remember most of all is that i refused to eat like ANY food at all because the taste of vomit was stuck in my mouth and i couldn't breathe through my nose so i was liable to pass out every time i was forced to eat something because i was so sick LMAO
Trigger Warning:
When I was younger, I woke up and fell over something, banging my head extremely hard. Concerned about my head, which hurt a lot, I went out of my room to get a drink. I felt something cold on my leg and realized there was a massive gash on my shin, with the bone visible and the floor behind me covered in blood. The pain hit me, and I started crying out for help. Instead of getting help, I was yelled at for making noise while another person put a cloth and tape on it, refusing to take me to the hospital. The next day at school, I fainted three times and was still bleeding. The day after that, I had swimming classes; one of them removed the makeshift bandage, revealing the wound was black and still bleeding. They tried to put a stray band-aid on it, causing excruciating pain, then made me go swimming. I fainted again in the pool and had to go home. Even today, if I hit it, it hurts, but I feel nothing around it
One time I got really sick and my stomach genuinely wouldn't let me digest anything so my family went out to pick out a bunch of different foods to test what I would be able to eat without throwing it back up & oh my stars I was ONLY ABLE TO EAT MCDONALD'S CHICKEN NUGGETS I'm not even kidding . I lived off McDonald's chicken nuggets for a week + a few days don't get me wrong I love chicken McNuggets but I cannot stand eating the same food for days on end so it was hell for me & my family for having to go out & buy so many boxes of chicken McNuggets just to feed me .
This is like such a stupid story but yeah that happened
In terms of physical injuries probably just when I broke my foot , I actually don't get physically injured that much
