Since we're on the topic of murder... In 2020, murder rates in the US increased, especially in small cities and less populated states. African Americans were also eight times more likely to be murdered than white Americans. 2020. U.S. murder/homicide rate for 2020 was 6.42, a 28.78% increase from 2019.
