gucci have been sponsoring zb1 since debut though? even in their the recent japan event was sponsored by gucci so it just makes sense that they would invite the chinese members to the cn gucci ancora they even posted them on all their page unlike those who dont really have strong ties with them
Tbh there’s only 3 instances where i can think of where the group has been dressed by Gucci like when they flew to LA and for summer sonic and that japan magazine, I wouldn’t say they are sponsoring the whole group though, especially since other members are still being dressed by other brands where woongsungz are exclusively sponsored by gucci (in terms of sponsored fits) there is a more obvious partnership with woongsungz because they are the only two consistently being dressed by them and going to their events/ going to brands ion behalf of them (W Korea) and promoting their new and unreleased lines in magazines etc. imo it would have made more since for them to go to the Korea event but ig why they attended the china one too. Also im assuming anon wasn't questioning them going to the Ancora event but rather sating that if that’s possible then them being invited to the cruise event isn’t impossible either.

Yeah I heard it’s because the Shanghai one is the one the creative director attended? I’m pretty sure it was his first event there !
IVE wore miumiu for love dive promotion and we know only Wonyoung had/has a relationship with them, so a brand giving sponsored fits for a group doesn’t necessarily means they are sponsoring the group
And for gucci ancora event, I think it’s just because gucci valued the shanghai one more than the ones held in other countries, and that’s why they only posted the shanghai one on their ig feeds (meanwhile for the korea event, they only posted on their ig stories, for all attendees including their GBAs)
