It's more of a "both their doms" situations, but it does border on throuple on a few occasions because Lynn grows very protective of Isabelle. She's not sexually attracted to women, not romantically interested in anyone but Cy, but if Isabelle kisses her she'll probably let her because she finds it kinda cute. 2 dogs can pet each other...
