Personally diarrhea is more my taste, bigger mess with grosser noises as it all comes out. Particularly the mush kind, not brown water. Medic clutching his stomach and whimpering as he lets loose the siege of bungholia into the bowl, fart noises and plopping echoing throughout the entire stall and it already smells vile before he even gets up. But the thought of him straining to even pinch off a single thick hard log as it fills up the bowl, curling up as it can't fit in otherwise, is also good. Him gritting his teeth and grunting, gripping his knees or balling his hands into fists as he sucks in his gut, loud crackling can be heard before eventually his effort is rewarded with a massive plop and a splash, and feeling like he just lost weight. Maybe each Medic is more prone to one or the other.
