Usually, when i have a panic attack, i try to distract myself from the situation i am anxious about. When it starts to make me feel nauseous, i inhale for 5 Seconds, then breathe for 5 Seconds, very slowly.. It always helps a little when i need ;3

I bounce my leg and lay my head down trying to control my breathing so I don't like crash out

chug water and keep my throat locked as i try not to vomit and rip my hair out

or talk it out with the imaginary trusted adult in my head so that i'd identify what is and what is not in my control, then slowly let go whatever i'm worried about. though id rather do the former
