Lake is a Flame, with a Core named Ghost. Arbiter is this Splatoon Manga (Coroika) OC I made on a whim. They're supposed to be part of the Turf War Arbitration Committee, reinforcing safety regulations and rules, penalizing cheaters and foul players.

It was when I realized that Team Blue (the protagonist team) has never been called out for doing the most ridiculous shit on the battlefield. Some of their shenanigans would be dangerous if we were a bit more realistic, or they dragged in items or food that shouldn't be on the field. Fortunately, I don't think they fit the criteria for cheaters, but they still messed up big time in previous chapters/volumes.
