well yea isn't that obvious look how many fans they lost sasaengs and fansites are a part of that pool I read the ask and i don't think the anon meant that they lost sasaengs because of something worse they mean as in they just lost them and we know why I mean look at the state of them. Staff talking shit is a thing more about the company's relationship with the group considering they were making fun of fans and members crying it's known there's a small pool of employees that the fans like
