Have you heard of some chinese Haobinists who went to Hao's fanmeeting and put up a Haobin? The event was streamed in Weibo and I'm not sure if it was captured but Mistine posted a group photo where they censored the Haobin cheering banner. It's a photo of Haobin and Hanbin's hair is pink and he's recognizable. If it happens that Hanbin is an artists of other agency, they can slap Mistine with portrait rights infringement because Hanbin's face was used in a Mistine exclusive event. Worse is that, the Zerocolas hate the censorship and are now threatening the brand that they will leave bad reviews on the products. Brands usually inspect the materials before entering the event but I guess, ZC hid those banners. This is sad because this might ruin Hao's relationship with the brands.
Yeah I saw something about it. Tbh while I think it was stupid of the fan to do I don’t think anyone needs to worry nor should they take it as seriously in the sense of hao’s relationship with the brand. They obviously love and value him as a BA and I heard they just blurred it out in the official picture so it’s fine. Also the picture was taken and posted on zb1 related platforms (cmiiw) so they only people who ‘own’ copyright over those pics are wakeone and they aren’t going to sue a company their artist is working with so I wouldn’t worry about it! I don’t think it will ruin the relationship at all if anything they will just be more strict with banners and stuff being bought into the venue, I imagine they weren’t so strict this time and that’s why the person bought it. Also I’ve always believed someone who threatens to withdraw support over something trivial like that never really cared about the person in the first place, I’m sure their are many ZC who understand why it was wrong / went but only bought hao solo banners and will still support him and the brand regardless.
