She definitely plays dumb because she no personality otherwise and puts it on for the camera but this was a genuine reaction and it was weirdly defensive and overexplained, that's where truth lives, the fact David mocked her "i'M nOt jEaLoUs" like come on but we can definitely agree to disagree
Still by your definition she is jealous of Natalie as she takes David's attention away from her, there's no denying Taylor fades into the background when Natalie's around 🤷♀️

But anyway even the most dense person would not mistake what David meant, it was a Freudian slip I mean David even mocked her, "I'm not jealous" - she jealous and I'm not talking about watches here
