hello !! how do you make the shiny buttons? im not sure if its handmade or found on a website because i can't find a website for it''..
Heres a good tutorial for it. The way I make the shines and the gif is exactly like how it's done in the video.

But just letting you know, I didn't start making mine following this tutorial. For mine I do the button and frames in IbisPaint, and while I also used Ezgif to make the gif the first times I switched to making it in Photopea not long after. Use whatever sites are easier for you.
